Finance Manager – Manchester - £55-60k – Hybrid Are you a newly qualified accountant passionate about driving financial excellence in a dynamic, global healthcare company? We are looking for a talented Finance Manager to join our innovative client in Manchester City Centre The Company: We are working with a rapidly growing international company specialising in health solutions. Operating globally, they’re all about helping people stay healthy and ahead of the game. The Role: As the Finance Manager, you'll be a key player in our financial strategy as the business enters an exciting period of growth, working closely with the Global Finance Director to: Produce comprehensive management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cashflow) Prepare monthly finance packs with detailed variance analysis Manage month-end and year-end financial processes Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives Implement robust financial controls Lead finance projects and process improvements What They're Looking For: Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with SME experience Proven track record in finance team management and mentoring Exceptional Excel and reporting skills Meticulous attention to detail Strong understanding of accounting processes and standards Experience with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks preferred) Package: £55-60k base 25 days holiday Pension Company perks If you are interested in this role or know someone who is please get in touch
