KS2 Teaching Assistant

We are looking to appoint for an experienced Teaching Assistant to work full-time, five days a week at a fantastic Primary School located in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire. You will be supporting a mixed KS2 class of year 3 and 4 pupils, some of which require additional support and 1:1 work in order to keep them on target with the rest of their peers. The school is an ideal environment for the educational development of Primary Pupils and has a warm, friendly atmosphere in which all members of staff are recognised for their individual contributions towards the pupils learning. What the school require from you: An approachable and professional attitude towards your work Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant/EYFS Practitioner Ability to adapt well to any given situation/challenge Training in Safeguarding, Prevent or any other relevant course You will be expected to monitor and assess the progress of pupils and assist in their progression through learning.
