Are you passionate, pro-active, motivated with excellent leadership skills who can provide the highest standards of professionalism, if so, this is a fantastic opportunity for you The Area Operations Manager role is a key role within the company as the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a geographical area which will cover a number of sites across Scotland. Working as part of a successful team with other Area Managers in this key area of our business. The successful applicant will receive: A highly competitive salary of £41, 000 per annum , plus bonus. The role will include: Leading and inspiring front line operational teams Multi-site management via remote management means Visiting sites and frontline team members Effective management of the team Interacting with customers/clients at all levels Creation and management of budgets within financial parameters Leading training, development and people succession planning Regional Duty manager weekend cover (1 in 8 weekends) The ideal applicant will have a full UK driving license (essential) and ideally live centrally in Scotland and be able to manage sites across the area.
