Private Client Paralegal £25,000 - £35,000 / St Albans Hybrid / Permanent My client, a top law firm in the Hertfordshire area, are currently on the hunt to hire a Private Client Paralegal/Secretary to join their rapidly growing team and business. The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar support role and will have experience progressing client files and providing secretarial and admin support to the wider department. Key Responsibilities Progressing client files under team leaderships instruction and support with the drafting of Wills Answer telephone queries on behalf of the team and greet any walk-in clients Undergo audio-typing duties on behalf of fee earners within the team Maintaining allocated cases to a certain standard, making sure everything is kept up to date General administration for the teamEssential Skills Previous secretarial/assistant/paralegal experience is a must Experience progressing client files Private client experience is essential Highly organised Excellent communications skills, written and verbal High kevel of professionalismPackage £25,000 - £35,000 St Albans, Hertfordshire Hybrid working after probation Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:15pm 25 days holiday plus bank holiday Private Client Paralegal £25,000 - £35,000 / St Albans, Hybrid / Permanent
