Inspire Resourcing are delighted to announce to be recruiting for a Production Team Leader for one of our clients in Chesterfield due to the continued business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated team in a thriving industry. Key Responsibilities Operating different machinery Quality checking Resolve day-to-day queries from colleagues Lead a team to meet shift KPIs on time Ensure safety, cleanliness and organisation on the shop floor Maintain stock levels and meet production requirements And any other duties that may be required Key Requirements: Adhere to health and safety Previous experience in a team leader role in a manufacturing environment Hold a Counterbalance license Maintain a clean and safe working environment Hours and pay: Days and afternoon shift 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm £13ph Temp-perm contract
