Maintenance Planner Scheduler

We are looking for a Works Planner to join the team of a well established organization in the Chester area, on a temporary basis. This role is offering a great opportunity to gain more experience in a reputable company whilst working in a friendly team. Works Planner Monday to Friday/ 40 hours £14-16ph paid weekly via umbrella Chester Temporary basis As a Works Planner, you will be in charge of: Scheduling out out of hour and reactive maintenance work Liaising with tenants regarding work orders Assisting in organization of gas works Managing engineers diaries and allocating work Dealing with fleet vehicles and transport Raising purchase orders and ensuring accuracy To be successful as a Works Planner, you will need: Previous experience in a similar role ( Repairs scheduler/ ppm coordinator/ works planner/ service delivery coordinator/ Field workforce planner/ Gas planner/ Gas coordinator/ Safer homes coordinator etc) Ability to liaise with contractors and tenants Ability to work in office 5 days a week if this role is of interest, please apply directly to this advert.
