Senior Building Surveyor

Key Responsibilies As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering building surveying projects from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include: Undertaking building surveys, defect diagnosis, and condition reports. Managing refurbishment and maintenance projects, including contract administration. Preparing schedules of dilapidations and party wall awards. Providing expert advice to clients on property-related matters. Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the development of the team. Key Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: MRICS qualification ideally with post-qualification experience. Proven expertise in both residential and commercial sectors. Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage complex projects. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. A proactive approach and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Salary & Benefits Competitive salary of up to £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
