Electrical Supervisor

Mane Infrastructure are on the look for an Electrical Supervisor to work on a highway tunnelling project located in the Cornwall area. The nature of the project will involve overseeing the installations on a £25m technology upgrade of the A38 Saltash Tunnel project. The installations will vary from electrical distribution, new LED lighting, fans and electronic signage. Applicants will need to have extensive electrical supervisory experience within a highways sector. Responsibilities: Collaborate with Project Management to optimise workforce levels, materials, and project progress. Ensure optimal labour levels while adhering to our clients core principles. Mentor apprentices, including allocating work and reporting on progress. Supervise subcontractors and stakeholders on-site to maintain project standards. Manage daily workforce activities to meet project timelines. Uphold health and safety standards, addressing concerns promptly with the Project Manager. Compile daily and weekly reports. Maintain equipment and report breakages. Interpret, communicate, and mark up site drawings and documentation. Validate test certificates to ensure quality of work. Collaborate closely with engineers and subcontractors on installation and buildability issues. Working Hours: Approx 07:00am till 17:00pm
