Conveyancing Solicitor

Our client, an award winning property-focussed law firm in the West Midlands are looking for a residential property solicitor or licensed conveyancer to join their expanding and busy team. The caseload is a mix and will involve a range of sales and purchases, re-mortgages, residential development and landlord and tenant work. The firm: Niche property practice with approximately 20 staff in historical West Midlands city. Well established presence across the West Midlands. Strong advocates for development with consistent 1-1 mentoring from a director. The candidate: Can be flexible on level of experience, but ideally someone from NQ – 4PQE. A 2:1 degree is desirable, but not essential. An eagerness to engage in BD initiatives to grow the department is important. The benefits: Competitive salary DOE, including team-driven bonus scheme.
