Project Manager

My client are a well established construction company that specialise in high-rise residential schemes. Due to an increase in workload they are looking for a Project Manager to join them, first project being a £105M new build apartment scheme in East London (PERM) My client are offering Competitive Salary Car allowance / travel expenses Discretionary bonus scheme Life Assurance Pension Scheme 25 days holiday Birthday off work Their ideal candidate will have: Excellent leadership skills. Motivated and driven individual. Proven history of working on projects through to completion. Experience managing multioccupancy projects Duties will include: Managing a new build largescale apartment scheme. Ensuring the project is ran in line with the programme. Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is within the budget set. Managing relationship with the client. Ensuring a high level of health & safety is adhered to at all times. Chairing progress meetings with the client and subcontractors. Quality control. Direct line management for Senior Site Manager and Site Managers.
