Your responsibilities will encompass: Granting and renewing commercial leases Managing the purchase and sale of investment properties Overseeing commercial and residential development projects, including those subject to occupational leases Engaging in commercial landlord and tenant development work Providing expert management services for commercial properties Advising both landlords and tenants, with a focus on commercial lending mattersWe are seeking an individual with a comprehensive understanding of commercial property law, alongside strong technical and client management skills.
