Job Description
Create and implement DSH products or accessories, manage business performance and commercial relationship with DSH & accessories suppliers. Key Responsibilities PLANNING Make benchmark and research to detect new business opportunities for GWM cars. Make feasibility study and develop DSH products and/or accessories (e.g. chemical products and aesthetic accessories). Search for potential suppliers. Financial and performance control of DSH & accessories business. Orders and fee management. Business results reports to BOD. Detect and implement profit improvement projects. DEVELOPMENT Make bidding for local developments. Build commercial agreements with suppliers. Financial and performance metrics and dashboards. RETAIL IMPLEMENTATION Create accessories instructions to guide dealers how to install or use such products or accessories. Prepare materials to support retail sales. Plan, negotiate and implement campaigns and special conditions with suppliers for sales improvement. Make LIVES and meetings to introduce accessories pipelines. Prepare retail and quality management reports, update, share and guide related teams. Required Technical knowledge over accessories and/or DSH business. Good communication. Negotiation experience with suppliers, top management, head-quarter, etc. Deep analysis & problem resolution oriented. Teamwork mindset. Projects management and multi-task capability. Engineer. Experience with financial and/or business performance control. Experience with accessories and/or DSH business. Experience with suppliers development and management.
