Job Description

Duties: Administrative support to the Managing Director and young team. Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings. Travel arrangements including travel and itineraries. Preparation of executive level PowerPoint presentations together with reporting and note taking of the meetings. Tracking, validating and monitoring of all company expenses and submitting reports. Taking minutes of internal and external meetings. Schedule and planning of all meetings together with agenda packs. Support with conducting certain research material. Ad hoc duties inline with the function. Qualifications and Experience: Five years plus in a similar role. Exco exposure adventageous. High execution of the English language both verbal and written. Excellent communication and people skills. Ability to handle pressure and prioritise to meet deadlines. PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Team work. High level of integrity and confidentiality. Attention to detail. Self motivated with a flexible mindset. Valid drivers license.
