Job Description
Key Performance Areas: - Develop and implement the Annual Fraud Prevention and Anti-Corruption Strategy. - Participate in regular fraud risk assessments and manage the Fraud Risk Register. - Monitor and oversee compliance with policies on conflicts of interest, extraneous employment, gifts, donations, and sponsorships, amongst others. - Offer advisory services on ethical issues and manage the Organisations Fraud Hotline. - Provide fraud and ethics training and conduct awareness programs. - Embed a culture of good corporate governance. - Ethics, Fraud and Anti-Corruption Reporting. Key Requirements: - B-degree in Commerce / Law, Corporate Governance / Risk Management and Compliance or equivalent. - Minimum 5 years experience as an Ethics Officer or in a similar role. - Ethics Officer Certification Programme (EOCP) or equivalent. (Preferred) - Strong analytical, facilitation and communication skills. Knowledge: - Strong knowledge of ethical principles, legal requirements, and anti-corruption practices. - Ethics Management - Knowledge of general administration and business improvement principles: - Knowledge of MS Office programmes - High level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
