Job Description
My client from a Commercial Company is seeking a Group Export Administrator to join their team Responsibilities: Goods exported - DG and non-DG Exports via Sea and Air freight Keep comprehensive records of all import and export transactions, including shipping documents, licenses, and compliance documentation for audit purposes Allocate / reserve stock for orders and process shipments in accordance with the SOP Collaborate with freight forwarders and logistics providers to arrange transportation Prepare and review export documentation, these include invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations, ISF, EUR1, Organic certification compliance/inspection (NOP) and Form A Stay informed about changes in international trade regulations, tariffs, and customs requirements to ensure compliance and adapt to export processes accordingly Remain compliant with DG IATA rules and regulations Diploma in international trade, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. Proof Required Proven experience (min 2-3 years) in export operations, preferably in a similar role Knowledge of Incoterms, tariff classification, and customs valuation methodologies Experience in working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other third-party logistics providers Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics principles. Specialised knowledge 2-3 years experience in ocean and air exports Dangerous goods knowledge preferred DG CAT 6 training/certification a plus Pastel Evolution experience preferred but not required
