ZopSmart - Lead Java Developer - Spring Boot/Microservices Architecture

Job Description : - Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and performance feedback. - Design, develop, and implement complex Java applications using Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and other relevant technologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, design, QA) to ensure successful project delivery. - Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. - Ensure the quality and maintainability of code through rigorous code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing. - Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues. - Stay abreast of the latest technologies and industry best practices. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools. - Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. - Guide and support team members in their professional growth and development. Requirements : Education : Graduate or above in Computer Science or other Engineering/Computing streams. Experience : - 6 years of experience in software development and programming. - 1 years of experience leading a team of developers. Technical Skills : - Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. - Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles. - Hands-on experience with Databases (SQL/NoSQL), Caches, and Event-Driven Systems. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Proficient in Git and code review processes. - Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
