The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce Digital Experience Cloud to join our team and drive the design and implementation of Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce Digital Experience Cloud solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable, secure, and maintainable. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications. - Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and integration plans. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed. - Oversee the implementation of Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. - Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of the codebase. - Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations. - Mentor and train junior team members on Salesforce development and architecture. Experience : - 10 years of experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud. - Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or in a similar role. - In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) and its capabilities. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns. - Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools. - Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and integration technologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
