Lead Software Engineer - AngularJS

Role : Lead SDE(Angular) Experience : 5-10 Yrs Location : Mumbai(Andheri) Notice Period: Immediate-60 days Lead Experience is mandatory Job Responsibilities : - Lead, mentor & manage front end team members - Owning end to end responsibility of Dashboards/CMS development, deployment and monitoring phases - Work as part of a team developing web using Agile methodology. - Evaluate requirements and create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured development strategies - Writing efficient, clean and maintained code - Integrating APIs and third-party libraries to enhance app functionality - Ensure top-notch performance, quality, and responsiveness of CMS & web - Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate development activities - Effectively use tools and ingenuity to identify and fix defects before they become a problem - Collaborating closely with software engineers, product managers and QA teams - Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. - Perform code reviews - Setting KPIs and other metrics to measure team performance - Team management & motivation - Mentoring & Coaching Required : - Prior experience working on consumer-facing products - 5 years of experience creating high-performance Dashboards/CMS/web applications using Angular 8 - Passionate about frontend development and writing readable and efficient code - Expert level development skills in HTML5, CSS3 & JS & can rightly judge/implement solutions to complex problems - You have hands on experience in cache management - You have experience building a product using a mainstream library or framework. - Proficient understanding of ES5/ES6 , JQuery - Solid understanding of API Integration - Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, AJAX, cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them. - Good knowledge of server side rendering using template engine - Experience on debugging UI and web service calls. - Good understanding of SASS, Grunt - Must have used GIT (Source version control) - Good understanding of analytics tools such as google analytics, clevertap, etc - Solid understanding of release management - Excellent communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivery high-quality results (ref:hirist.tech)
