SysTechCorp - Oracle Fusion Applications Developer

Responsibilities : - Develop and implement business-driven changes to Oracle Fusion applications. - Design, develop, and maintain Fusion BI and OTBI reports to meet user reporting needs. - Assist business users with various payment plans within Oracle Fusion (APB, ASR, DIP, VIC, etc.) - Analyze HDL errors, identify root causes, and suggest improvements to optimize application performance. - Support internal and external audits (i.e., SOX) by providing data and reports, and managing stakeholder communication. - Develop, test, and debug PL/SQL code to extend and customize Oracle Fusion functionalities. - Manage Fusion application patches and version upgrades to ensure smooth system operation. - Provide L2 support for Oracle Fusion applications, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Qualifications : - Proven experience in developing and supporting Oracle Fusion applications. - In-depth knowledge of the Oracle Fusion Compensation module. - Solid understanding of PL/SQL programming language. - Experience with Oracle BI (OBIEE/OTBI) for report development is a plus. - Experience with data analysis and troubleshooting HDL errors is a plus. - Familiarity with internal control frameworks (i.e., SOX) and audit processes is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills (ref:hirist.tech)
