Rigel Networks - SAP Basis Consultant - S/4 HANA Module

Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP BASIS Consultant with a strong background in Solution Manager (Solman) and S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration, Solman, and S/4HANA environments. This role requires a professional with excellent problem-solving skills, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities : - Perform SAP BASIS administration tasks including installation, configuration, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting of SAP systems. - Manage and maintain SAP S/4HANA environments, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security. - Implement and configure SAP Solution Manager (Solman) for monitoring, alerting, and system management. - Execute system upgrades, migrations, and patching activities. - Conduct performance tuning and optimization for SAP systems. - Monitor and manage SAP system landscapes, including backup and recovery, high availability, and disaster recovery solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP systems with other enterprise applications. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT teams. - Stay current with the latest SAP technologies and best practices. Must Have Skills : - Extensive experience in SAP BASIS administration. - Strong experience with SAP Solution Manager (Solman) configuration and administration. - Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. - Proficiency in SAP system upgrades, migrations, and patching. - Expertise in performance tuning and optimization of SAP systems. - Strong understanding of SAP system landscapes, including backup and recovery, high availability, and disaster recovery solutions. - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Preferred Skills : - Experience with other SAP modules and technologies. - Familiarity with SAP certifications. - Strong client-facing experience and excellent presentation skills. - Knowledge of cloud environments and SAP HANA scale-out architecture. - Ability to adapt to new client situations quickly and work in a competitive environment (ref:hirist.tech)
