Python Developer : We are seeking a talented Python Django Developer/Lead with substantial experience in developing REST APIs, working with AWS, Linux, Celery, Redis, and PostgreSQL (PSQL). The ideal candidate will also have experience leading a team of 5 developers and be well-versed in AGILE methodologies and JIRA for project management. Location : Noida, Uttar Pradesh,. Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 developers, providing guidance and support. - Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using Python and Django. - Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support various front-end services. - Deploy and manage applications on AWS, ensuring high availability and scalability. - Utilize Celery for task queue management and Redis for caching. - Work with PostgreSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization. - Implement and enforce best practices in code quality, security, and performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain a high-quality codebase. - Manage project tasks and timelines using AGILE methodologies and JIRA. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously improving skills and processes. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. - 5 years of experience in Python and Django development. - Proven experience in designing and developing REST APIs. - Solid understanding and hands-on experience with AWS services. - Proficiency in Linux environments. - Experience with Celery and Redis for background task management and caching. - Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL (PSQL) and database management. - Demonstrated experience in leading a team of developers. - Familiarity with AGILE methodologies and using JIRA for project management. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
