PrideStaff Financial has partnered with our Addison, Texas based client in search of a dynamic Financial Analyst to join their growing team. This is a FANTASTIC opportunity to get your foot in the door with a multinational, publicly held organization Here are all the details: Responsibilities: - Provide solid financial and analytical support to senior leaders and business unit heads, helping them make informed decisions across the organization. - Keep an eye on business performance, spotting trends and sharing actionable insights to improve financial results. - Create detailed financial forecasts that cover income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections to support strategic planning efforts. - Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business success and promote data-driven decision-making. - Help develop and maintain operational reporting and forecasting at the business unit level, making sure they're accurate and tied to business goals. - Deliver timely and precise ad-hoc financial reports and analyses as needed to support various business needs. - Work with cross-functional teams to track and manage costs related to technology and products, ensuring they align with strategic goals and budgets. - Analyze the costs associated with tech and products, offering insights and suggestions to optimize spending and improve ROI. Requirements: - A genuine curiosity and passion for uncovering insights through financial analysis. - A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a bonus). - At least two years of experience in financial analysis and accounting roles. - A proven knack for communicating effectively and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and deadlines with ease. - Strong skills in organizing and analyzing large datasets, along with great problem-solving abilities. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, especially in financial modeling. - Familiarity with industry-leading ERP/financial tools - Knowledge of cost analysis frameworks for technology and product management, including how to find cost-saving opportunities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex financial ideas clearly and concisely. - Leadership skills, including managing projects and collaborating effectively with different teams. - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for putting together presentations and sharing financial insights effectively. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in a multinational setting. - Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau. - Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and extraction. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 Per Year
