Professional Development: Stay informed about educational developments, trends, and best practices, and actively seek opportunities for professional growth. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 students. Strong classroom management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
