Responsibilities: Individualised Support: Develop and deliver personalised learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student, focusing on academic, social, and emotional growth. Effective Interventions: Implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to support students in overcoming their learning challenges. Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) for each student. Positive Learning Environment: Contribute to a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment that fosters a sense of belonging and achievement for all students. Requirements: Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience working as an SEN Instructor or in a similar role supporting students with diverse learning needs. Deep Understanding: Strong knowledge of various special educational needs (e.g., Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, PMLD, SLD, etc.). Passion for Inclusion: A genuine passion for working with students with special needs and a commitment to providing them with the best possible educational opportunities. Excellent Communication: Strong communication skills for collaborating effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
