Quality Inspector

Prime Appointments are currently seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join a leading manufacturer within the Aerospace industry. This company based near Southend is looking for an Inspector to undertake Inspection, Qualification, FAIR and testing. You will only be required to work Monday - Thursday in this position. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be required to: Conduct detailed inspections of manufactured parts in accordance with routing guidelines and the Quality Management System (QMS) standards Ensure safe handling of products to maintain integrity and FOD compliance Perform Gauge R&R testing as directed Participate in quality system maintenance to ensure ISO9001:2008 / AS 9100 compliance Sign off on products for customer release and resolve quality issues with customers and suppliers Actively contribute to projects, improvement initiatives, and skill sharing with colleagues Maintain open communication with the Quality Manager on task status and critical issuesExperience required: Experience within the Aerospace industry Experience with FAIR Knowledge of quality standards, including ISO9001 and AS 9100 Experience with quality inspection, calibration, and testing procedures.If you feel like you meet the above criteria and would like to be considered for the Quality Inspector opportunity, please apply with your CV and contact Lauren at Prime Appointments for a confidential chat
