Keep reading to find out more… As an IT Support Technician, your responsibilities will include… Provide remote/onsite line support for hardware, software, and network issues Maintain networks, servers, desktops, and virtual server environments Build and upgrade PC components to optimise performance Manage user and email accounts on Office 365 and Google Apps Work across Microsoft Server, Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android systems Administer user accounts, groups, and permissions effectively We’re looking for an IT Support Technician with the following skills and experience… A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar IT Support Technician/helpdesk position Experience with monitoring/maintaining systems and networks Ability to install and configure systems & diagnose hardware/software faults Confident in walking clients through troubleshooting steps Experience in re-fitting/replacing client hardware and supporting updates and rollouts A clean UK Enhanced DBS check and full UK driving license, with access to own vehicle In return, the successful IT Support Technician will receive a salary of £22,000 to £27,000, plus the following benefits… 22 days holiday plus bank holidays Company events and social days Progression and development opportunities On-site parking Employee discounts Casual dress Wellness programs Does this sound like the perfect IT Support Technician role for you?
