The Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: Provide tailored support to students with additional learning needs, helping them access the curriculum effectively. Work closely with teachers to adapt resources and strategies for individual learners. Foster a positive and inclusive environment to support students' academic and personal growth. Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote engagement and progress. Assist in monitoring and recording student progress, contributing to intervention plans where necessary.About You: We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate individual who: Has experience supporting young people in an educational setting, ideally within a secondary school. Is passionate about making a difference in students' lives. Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Is proactive, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively within a team.
