Secondary Teacher

Role: Secondary Teacher (Humanities, Science, or Art & DT) Salary: £42,000 - £58,000 Type: Full-Time, Permanent Start Date: April 2025 or sooner if possible MLK Search is supporting a unique, high-achieving, 'Outstanding' group of Independent therapeutic Schools to recruit a positive, committed, and confident teacher for their Secondary provision in Lambeth, London. Currently looking for specialists in Humanities, Sciences, or Art & DT. The school caters for children and young people with SEMH challenges due to Adverse Childhood Experiences and Trauma so will require someone who is confident to teach in this environment. Teachers are at the core of leading the schools’ child-centered ethos and reflect their values and expectations. You will therefore be responsible for the highest standards of quality of education and behaviour management for children who have significant SEMH challenges, as well as other associated needs.
