Project Manager (Engineering/Manufacturing) Job ID: 32707 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday £40,000 - £50,000 per annum Exeter Our client is a leading, blue-chip manufacturing business based in Exeter recognised for delivering critical components globally and due to ongoing growth of the business they are recruiting now for a Project Manager to join the team. The postholder will be responsible for implementing, delivering and executing new and existing product programs, whilst equally engaging with key major customers and stakeholders both internally and externally. Project Manager Requirements needed for this position: HNC/HND/BEng in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or similar field 3 – 5 years’ experience delivering new product programs Experienced working directly with clients and customers Experience within manufacturing, ideally castings Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Key Duties of Project Manager Leading teams to deliver and execute programs which will be new product introduction Working closely with internal stakeholders to develop program plans Carry out risk assessments and fulfilment progress updates associated with programs Conducting weekly catch ups and check ins with key client accounts Facilitating and coordinating customer visits Benefits/Other Career progression and development into more senior roles Company performance bonus up to 5& of base salary 25 days holidays banks Health Cash Plan Private health care scheme Discount in gym membership Pension salary sacrifice scheme.
