Resident Maintenance Assistant Job Type: Permanent Start date: Immediate or notice period Industry: Maintenance Location: Static Salary: £30,000 benefits JOB DESCRIPTION: I am currently working with an exciting Facilities Management company that are looking for a resident Maintenance assistant to cover planned and preventative maintenance on a static site in Macclesfield. Our client is looking for an experienced maintenance assistant with relevant experience to join the team. The Maintenance Handyman role will be 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday. Daily responsibilities will include: Planned and preventative maintenance Fabric duties Diagnosing and rectifying faults Carrying out work safely and efficiently Building relationships with clients on site Requirements for the role Experienced Maintenance assistant NVQ in Plumbing Experience in Legionella Awareness and tasks PPM experience Experience with heating ventilation and air conditioning plant Good customer care skills Unvented hot water systems qualification On offer is a competitive salary of £30,000 benefits, as well as opportunities to progress.
