Senior Data Engineer - My clients are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join their dynamic team based in London. The Role: This is a senior position requiring a modern, end-to-end Data Engineer who can: Deliver impactful projects, including new product-based work and upcoming migration efforts. Mentor and up skill junior engineers, fostering team growth. Build and deploy robust solutions, from scratch when necessary, with a focus on security, user access, and scalability. Support the pricing team, the primary data consumers, with actionable insights and solutions. Essential Skills and Tools: Primary Tech Stack: Snowflake (preferred; must have substantial experience building solutions). AWS: Lambda, S3, SNS. Python: Required, particularly for work-flow tools like Airflow. DBT: Experience in data modelling and data vault is highly desirable. DevOps: Hands-on experience with tools like Terra form and CDK for deployment. Ability to design and implement solutions from data ingestion to production, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
