The Role As a Mobile M&E Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems across a variety of commercial properties. Your duties will include: Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks. Diagnosing and rectifying faults in electrical and mechanical systems. Liaising with clients to provide exceptional service and ensure compliance with industry standards. Managing documentation and reporting, including completing job sheets and maintenance logs. Traveling to multiple sites within Central London as part of a mobile team. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll need: Proven experience in a similar M&E role, preferably in a mobile capacity. Relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent) in electrical or mechanical engineering. 18th Edition FGas (Desirable) A sound understanding of building services systems, including HVAC, lighting, and plumbing. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. A full, valid UK driving license. What’s on Offer Competitive salary of £40,000 per annum.
