Job Description

Reed HR are supporting an organisation in the North East looking for 3-month temporary HR cover. You will collaborate with the HR Business Partnering team to provide a timely and efficient case management service, handling all processes related to absence, employee relations, capability, and probation, while ensuring a customer-centric and legally compliant approach. This is a roam role (a mixture of home working and travel across the North East - predominantly Teesside). Key Responsibilities: Manage a wide caseload of complex people related issues relating to absence, employee relations, capability, and probation Provide guidance and coaching to managers to enable them to provide best practice solutions Someone who is personally credible, with a ‘common sense’ approach to solving people management issues. You’ll also be able to balance legal and operational requirements Experience of managing employee relations, absence and medical capability cases is essential, along with good working knowledge of current employment legislation They are looking for someone to start ASAP.
