Warehouse Operative

We are a leading recruitment agency that specialises in transport and logistics, we supply our clients across the BN post code with drivers to cover busy periods and holiday. We are currently seeking experienced warehouse operatives to join our team and represent a variety of reputable clients in the Brighton and surrounding areas. This will be for mainly temporary assignments as well as temp-to-perm opportunities. Be able to undertake manual-handling work. previous labourer or construction experience Safety boots, gloves and hi-vis previous warehouse experience Various responsibilities may include: Receiving and inspecting goods: Unloading deliveries, checking for damaged or missing items, and signing delivery notes Storing goods: Stacking goods in the correct place and making sure they are stored safely Moving goods: Using lifting equipment, a forklift truck, or by hand to move stock around the warehouse Picking and packing: Picking, weighing, or packing goods to be sent out Keeping records: Keeping records of stock and paperwork up to date Stock control: Regularly checking stock levels and replenishing stock Cleaning: Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy Overseeing machinery: Overseeing machinery and other duties as required Please click apply now for more info
