Commercial Property Legal Secretary £20,000 - £25,000 | Canterbury, Kent | Permanent We are delighted to support a leading law firm in Kent, as they seek to recruit a Legal Secretary for their Commercial Property team in Canterbury. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and organised individual with experience in commercial property to provide essential administrative support to a busy team. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Partner and department, including client queries, document preparation, and correspondence management. Manage file administration, including document opening and closing, photocopying, and filing. Assist with various aspects of commercial property transactions, including sales and purchases. Handle incoming calls, greet visitors, manage post, and perform general office duties. Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or administrative support within a law firm. Demonstrable commercial property experience is essential. Minimum of 6 months' experience in a similar role. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
