You have the opportunity to join a leading accountancy firm as an Associate Director You would work alongside multiple departments to shape business structure, produce positive work culture and build a supportive team network. You must also be an excellent communicator to guide and mentor staff of all levels and work closely with clients. An insight to your responsibilities: Responsible for department success. Relationship management, acquiring work and team development. Support, motivate and mentor a team of all levels. Understand the clients needs and provide a tailored service. Day to day compliance and advisory for clients from yourself and the team. Collaboratively work across offices to build a positive employee network. Building and maintain client relationships. Ad-hoc tasks as and when required. Do you have the knowledge and experience? ACA / ACCA / CTA. Extensive management experience. Proven ability of working with clients to deliver a quality service.
