Be the first point of contact for employees, managers, and external partners while managing key responsibilities like monthly pension uploads, absence and performance meetings, and recruitment support. Take ownership of critical areas such as labour cost management, policy development, and providing HR support for audits, all while contributing to business growth and team engagement. Collaborate with line managers on training, social activities, and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you can make a real impact. Ideal candidate: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR role. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage at all levels. Excellent administration, organisational, and time management skills, with proven ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and adaptable to new systems. Experience working in a unionised environment is advantageous. Flexible, discreet, and able to handle confidential issues with professionalism.
