Job Purpose Undertake audits for a diverse portfolio of clients, from planning to completion Monitor work progress, ensuring constant communication and compliance throughout Allocate audit work in the field and the office Ensure full agreement of client work, negotiating likely fees to maximise fee recovery Work closely with clients to build trusted relationships, being their go-to person for support Deliver a strong commercial awareness, reviewing opportunities for fee development Confidently present work to Partners, completing files to a high standard Underpin audit and accounts matters with current legislation and compliance Delegate work to and mentor an audit team, supporting their learning and development Represent the firm at networking opportunities and support the provision of marketing and sales services About The Employer This Audit & Accounts Manager job in Leeds is on offer with a reputable, multi-office accountancy firm that's renowned for supporting a significant and loyal client portfolio.
