CNC Machinist

We are seeking a skilled CNC Milling and Turning Technician to join a dynamic marketing company based in Brighton. This unique role combines technical precision with creativity, offering the chance to work on diverse projects within a vibrant industry. Day-to-day of the role: Operate CNC milling and turning machines to produce high-quality parts for marketing installations and displays. Read and interpret technical drawings and set up the machinery accordingly. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation. Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and provide technical input to enhance outcomes. Monitor the production process and make adjustments to the machine settings as needed. Ensure all manufactured components meet strict quality and safety standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in CNC milling and turning. Strong understanding of computer numeric controlled (CNC) machinery and tooling. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings. Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision. Good communication skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment. Technical certification or diploma in CNC machining, mechanical engineering, or related field is preferred.
