Customer Insights Manager Up to £70,000 Stockport (Hybrid) Harnham are partnering with a leading financial services business currently hiring for a Customer Insights Manager to help build out a brand new function within the business, with the overall aim of turning measurement of CX into a science. The Role: As a Customer Insights Manager, you will be: Involved in research that provides insights and analysis to the wider business and supporting optimisation of customer journeys. Analysing quantitative and qualitative data across Speech Analytics and VoC for customers. Highlighting key customer pain points and developing reports and tracking to ensure groupwide actions to resolve them. Define CV principles to support the development of customer experiences. Lead and recruit a team of CX professionals. Skills & Experience: Proven experience in delivering CX improvement initiatives. Mixed methods research experience. Experience managing change.
