SEN Teacher Location: Ealing, West London Job Type: Full-time Daily Rate: £144 - £244 (depending on experience) We are seeking a qualified SEN Teacher for a special educational needs school located within the Ealing borough. This role involves supporting children with autism and Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs, specifically within Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. This Monday to Friday position offers a competitive daily rate and is an excellent opportunity for teachers who are passionate about making a difference in special education. Day-to-day of the role: Deliver tailored educational programs to students with autism and SEMH needs. Create a supportive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students. Collaborate with other educational professionals to plan and coordinate lessons. Assess student progress and adapt educational plans accordingly. Engage with parents and guardians to discuss their children’s progress and needs. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices and SEN knowledge. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) status. Experience teaching students at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. Strong understanding of the educational needs of children with autism and SEMH. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
