Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive fully qualified Finance Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clients Core Finance Team. This key role will involve ensuring the smooth delivery of critical finance functions while fostering collaboration with other finance sub-teams, including Accounts Payable, Credit Control, Reporting, and Support. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Core Finance Team’s daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Oversee the preparation of management accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Handle tax responsibilities, including Corporation Tax compliance. Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the business maintains a healthy financial position. Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. Build and maintain strong working relationships with sub-teams and other key stakeholders within the business. About You: To succeed in this role, you will need: Proven experience in managing finance operations or a similar role. Strong knowledge of management accounts, tax compliance, cash flow, and payroll. Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with other teams.
