Role: English Teacher Location: Wigan Do you have a passion for delivering engaging English lessons at KS3 & KS4? Qualiteach is currently recruiting for a teacher of English on a full-time basis for a mainstream secondary school based in Wigan. The role is due to begin on 06/01/2025 and is offered on a long-term basis until the end of the academic year to cover a maternity leave. Key Requirements: Ability to teach English at both KS3 & KS4 A passion for the subject Excellent communication skills Ability to create exciting, engaging lesson plans Ability to quickly build rapport Flexible and adaptable approach Hold a PGCE with QTS/QTLS Hold right to work in the UK Have an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service In return the school can offer an excellent rate of pay, ongoing CPD, a supportive department and free on-site parking.
