Apprentice & Skills Development Coach – Steelworker MUST be Steelworker Qualified with proven experience as a time served Steelworker Barrow In Furness based Copello are working with an International defence client who are looking to expand their supportive team of seven coaches and play a key role in guiding apprentices from their first day to completion. With the freedom to manage your own time, you'll provide expert coaching and mentorship, ensuring a smooth apprenticeship journey. Full training and ongoing support will be provided. If you're passionate about helping others succeed, we’d love to have you on board What you’ll be doing: Deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment practices that engage and inspire learners to fulfil their individual potential and develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours to successfully progress within the business Take professional pride in their role and embrace continuous professional development opportunities in support of delivering innovative and impactful teaching, learning and assessment Assess and monitor learner progress & performance in line with standards and legislative requirements to ensure occupational competence Coach employees and learners to reach their full potential by providing key support, mentoring, challenge and motivation throughout all aspects of their learning journey Develop learners that are innovative thinkers and creative problem solvers, through designing and delivering learning content as part of a blended learning pedagogy focused on delivering vocational excellence Your skills and experiences: Effective coaching and mentoring skills Strong and effective interpersonal skills specifically when dealing with welfare, support and safeguarding issues Steelworker Qualified with proven experience as a time served Steelworker IT Literate Qualifications: Steelworker qualifications Desirable: A1/Assessor qualification Submarines Experience Benefits: You’ll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
