Job Title: Warehouse Operative Location: Milton Keynes Salary: £12.00 - £13.00 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) on a rotational basis About the Role: We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our client. Key Responsibilities: Picking, packing, and sorting goods with accuracy and efficiency. Meeting daily/weekly targets and ensuring KPIs are met. Loading and unloading deliveries. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment. Adapting to changing workloads and business needs. About You: We’re looking for individuals who are: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Able to meet daily targets and deadlines. Flexible with working hours to meet business demands.
