Day-to-day of the role: Deliver engaging and effective lessons to A Level Business students, ensuring high levels of student achievement. Utilise innovative teaching methods and resources to enhance the learning experience and meet diverse learning needs. Regularly assess and review student progress and provide constructive feedback to foster development. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and participate in departmental activities. Support students in their academic and personal development, guiding their career ambitions and helping them to realise their potential. Contribute to the creation of a supportive and inclusive educational environment that encourages student engagement and a sense of community. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in teaching A Level Business, with a track record of achieving positive student outcomes. Familiarity with the Edexcel A Level Business syllabus is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and connect with young people. A strong commitment to professional development and staying updated with the latest educational practices.
