The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a fast paced, hands-on environment Quality Assurance Technician Permanent Salary £27,000 - £30,000 per annum Tuesday - Saturday 42.5 hour week Northampton Quality Assurance Technician Job Description Monitor factory and production standards regarding GMP, Hygiene and Quality. Assist in internal audits and spot checks of production. Ensure all HACCP, Due diligence, traceability procedures and quality checks documentation are completed and implemented. Maintain swab and product sampling plans. Monitor cleaning and hygiene standards for equipment, food contact surfaces and the factory environment. Quality Assurance Technician Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Must have previous work experience within the food manufacturing industry. Knowledge and understanding of relevant food industry regulations and standards. Previous experience working within a quality department. Able to be flexible with job roles and responsibilities when required.
