Supply Teacher

Job Title: Secondary School Supply Teacher Location: West Sussex Salary: From £120 per day Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Secondary School Supply Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that students are engaged in meaningful learning activities and maintaining a safe and positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher Ensure that students are engaged in meaningful learning activities Maintain a safe and positive learning environment Manage student behavior effectively Uphold school policies and standards Person Specification: Excellent communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Ability to manage student behavior effectively Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience working with young people in an educational setting A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential QTS and a good knowledge of your subject but flexibility to cover as required Please note, you must have right to work and a clear DBS for this position. We require our team to be available at least 3 days per week.
