International Tax Manager (In House)

This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified International Tax specialist to join a Global law firm as their in house International Tax Manager. Our client is one of the highest ranking UK head-quartered law firms in the world, with more than 80 offices globally. Their In House Tax team is spread across multiple UK offices and provides advisory and compliance services to the firm across the full spectrum of Tax disciplines. Due to the continued growth of the firm and increasing workloads, the Head of Tax is looking to hire an International Tax Manager. Due to the team being highly-skilled, the work covered in the role can be somewhat tailored to the strengths of the successful candidate, however, the post-holder will be responsible for some of the following: Assisting departments with Pillar II compliance Managing the group’s transfer pricing compliance Country-specific corporate tax compliance, including the UK Supporting regional offices with entity tax filings Providing ad-hoc advice to regional finance teams on structuring and projects Advising on local tax exposures arising from withholding taxes Maintaining relationship with tax authorities in the UK and overseas We are looking to hire an individual who is at Manager/Senior Manager level coming from either private practice or from in house in a Partnership environment.
