Responsibilities - Managing successful, long-term contracts to safely operate marine and other petrochemical terminals within the UK- Fostering collaborative working with clients and our’ own management teams to maintain and continuously improve good working relationships and practices- Management of company team managers remotely- Ensuring that training and, team and individual performance and succession planning is delivered effectively throughout the organisation and to the highest of standards.- Ownership of P&L across multiple sites, including delegation and governance of budgets to Colleagues.
